Set off from Wigan and head down the M6 in your eaiscampervan motorhome and enjoy the freedom of the open road. Although your trip is 5 hours when you get down there it will be well worth the travelling.

Head to your campsite for the night in the seaside town of Bude, situated on the northern coast of Cornwall. Arrive at site and unpack your possessions, hook up you’re vehicle pop the heating on and have a wander around at the fantastic facilities the site has to offer. There is a bar and evening entertainment area for relaxing after your long journey.
Jump in your seat and set off on the next leg of your journey after a early start make your way down the A39 in your Easicampervan motorhome and arrive at Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur and the knights of the Round Table.

Tintagel Castle sits on the cliff top a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The site of Tintagel Castle has been inhabited at least since the late Roman period, and a community flourished here in the 5th to 7th centuries. In the 12th century Tintagel gained literary fame when Geoffrey of Monmouth named it as the place where King Arthur was conceived. These Arthurian associations may have inspired Richard, Earl of Cornwall, to build a castle at Tintagel in the 1230s, and the enduring legend still ensures Tintagel’s international renown.

After a bit of a history lesson head back to your hire motorhome and head back down the A39 for an hours drive down to the seaside resort of Newquay. The best campsite in Newquay so you can do lots of exploring but be near local transport links is Hendra Holiday Park. The site has all the amenities you need for a This site is a 15 minute bus trip away from the main town so once you’ve hooked your motorhome up jump on the bus and head towards your days activities.

Newquay is perfect for the outdoors type that love to be active and never still, there is an array of fun filled activities that will keep you occupied for hours but be sure to visit Fistral Beach one of the most popular beaches in the UK.
Head to site and enjoy the evening entertainment or just go back to your motorhome and relax under the stars whilst enjoying the peace and quiet.

Its now time to drive down to Lands End. An hour and half drive in your motorhome from your campsite you will take in some breath taking scenery on your visit down to the furthest point of the country. Here you can have a walk round the rugged coastal paths and take in the fresh Cornish air. Lands End is where the Olympic torch began its journey around the UK in 2012 before making its way to the Olympic Stadium. Whilst your in this area it is a must to visit the world famous Minack open air theatre right on the cliff face where the local drama groups provide entertainment all during the summer.

It’s now time to make your way north up the Southern Cornish coast and stop over in Truro just an over an hours drive from Lands End. This lovely little place is the most southerly city in the Uk. Have a relaxing walk round the town and visit the local markets and make sure you purchase some famous Cornish fudge for all your friends and family, before you head back to your motorhome.
Just ten minutes out of Truro lies your site for the night Summer Valley Touring Park in Shortlanesand. This site is open all year round and has hard standing as well as grass pitches, there are also hook up points on site as well as laundry facilities.

It’s time for your trip back up the M5 and M6 to Wigan now but make sure you stop off on your way at The Lost Gardens of Helligan little gem hideen away just outside of St Austell if this isn’t your cup of tea then further up the road is the Eden project a rainforest built underneath biodomes and an array of attractions for visitors to enjoy in warm climates.
After a few hours here spend your rest of your day reminiscing about your motorhome hire trip around this wonderful county.
